Ingredients

  • ½ kilo Mixed vegetables: parsley, basil, leek and dill
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt, oil and pepper
  • ½ kilo rice
  • ½ kilo cabbage
  • 300 grams minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jamspoon rice spice

Cooking

Soak the rice, bake it and add vegetables. Mix the meat with 1 grated onion. Pour some oil in the sauce pan then cut the onion into small pieces. Add salt, turmeric, condiment and pepper. Add the cabbage juice.
