Mehr Saffron is amazingly delicious and offers many health benefits. The containers are made of glass and a cork top. Many types of food application to add favor to the most bland of pallets. Use very little and still have significant favorable meals. Would definitely buy again!

The saffron came quickly, was packaged beautifully, smells delicious, and made incredible paella. I had no idea that there were so many healthy benefits to using saffron. I’m going to try a few of the tips in the included brochure. Saffron Tea?! Sounds great.

I have been using Saffron for more than 20 years and have never been satisfied with the commonly available products. But Persian Saffron is very different. While is it relatively expensive, it requires much less to create a great flavor and color. Many recipes call for 1/4 or 1/3 teaspoon of saffron. You never need more than 10 or 15 saffron threads in most recipes. Start by using a smaller amount then add more if you really need it.

When my wife unwrapped the new fancy glass corked saffron package from mehr saffron and opened the the little plastic pouch holding the 5 gram of delicate deep red threads of saffron the fragrance emitting from it delighted both of us.

I know our saffron. We have tried different brands from different places. I think this is one of the best I have tried.

I also like the corked bottle to keep the flavor fresh. We have been using saffron for several years in a variety of dishes, such as plain rice, coffee and tea, cookies, hot milk drinks and some soups.

Fortunately, just a little bit of saffron does a great job flavoring and coloring a dish in an attractive yellow hue, and 5 grams goes a long way. I think it is a best price for the quantity and quality comparing with bad quality and very expensive saffron of other sellers.
