2 medium sized onions cut into 2-inch cubes

1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of water
Steps of Preparation
- Place the diced lamb in a medium sized bowl, toss the 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, and then set aside it for a moment. Put together the other ingredients such as the paprika, turmeric, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, salt, ginger, saffron, garlic powder, and coriander inside a clean bag and mix these well. Next, add the lamb to the bag, and place it around to in order for the ingredients to mix well with the lamb. Then, put it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. It would be good to make it overnight.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a big pot over a measurement of medium-high heat.
